Lots of Tapestry Cotton Hats

It seems like it's been just about forever since I've had time to post anything.....
For anyone curious...the Holiday Market at the Farmer's Market went OK. Didn't earn as much as last year. I am most grateful to a family who each wanted one of my hats for Christmas!!! That sure made me feel good to know folks like my hats!

Here are a few things I've made the past several months:

The hats are all 100% cotton  yarn called "I Love This Cotton" from Hobby Lobby.

I call this one "Mountain Sunrise" as I was trying to recreate the colors of a sunrise over the mountains near my home.

I used a variety of stitches including single crochet, spike stitches and linen stitch.

I priced the cotton hats a few dollars higher than the acrylic hats as the cotton costs quite a bit more and I've used a lot more detailed crochet techniques which take longer to make.

This one is a fairly simple tapestry crochet hat. Yep, I got the mountain thing going on again. I do like mountains.
This one uses tapestry crochet combined with spike stitches. Kind of reminds me of a forest fire on the mountains.....

And here is a nice tapestry crochet heart hat....took me forever to figure out how to get the heart shape somewhat even. Trouble is I don't draw out a pattern ahead of time, just have an idea in my head and I give it a go...and...rip it out if it doesn't look the way I wanted to.....But I think it turned out pretty nice.

This one is my favorite. It's a bit pale colored. But if you look close you can see it's pink tulips! My FAVORITE flower!!! hint hint hint.....
